Rachel Pelletier has been a lifelong sports and fitness enthusiast, playing sports throughout high school and at the collegiate level. She received a B.A. in English and a Masters in Education from the University of Richmond, and her experience in the classroom taught her that an instructor should not only have a solid knowledge of the subject matter but also be motivating and enthusiastic. Her passion for the Boot Camp workout began in 2006, when she participated in a class, looking for something new and challenging. Rachel believes that the Boot Camp workout is successful because it will push you to the next fitness level in an environment surrounded in camaraderie and positive reinforcement…it’s hard work, but fun.
Rachel is a certified personal trainer through NASM. She strives to bring humor to the workout, as well as, be energetic and supportive. As a mother of three, Rachel realizes that being a parent can leave little time for working out, so she works to help clients find ways to incorporate exercising into their everyday life.
