Linda Alexander

Linda Alexander is a 20 year veteran in the fitness industry. She is a certified personal trainer through NSCA, one of the country's leading personal training organizations. Linda has helped many individuals attain their fitness goals by pushing them to their highest potential in a fun, safe, and positive environment. Her passion and dedication to helping others is why she constantly challenges herself to stay abreast of the current health and fitness studies.

Linda trains many of her clients one on one, but realizes some clients prefer a group setting. Her Boot Camps provide clients with that small, supportive group atmosphere, while allowing her to provide the knowledge and skills of a personal trainer.

Linda is a certified tennis pro through USPTA and also specializes in other sports specific training. She believes that in order to get your desired results you must make fitness part of your everyday lifestyle.

Rachel Pelletier Rachel Pelletier has been a lifelong sports and fitness enthusiast, playing sports throughout high school and at the collegiate level. She received a B.A. in English and a Masters in Education from the University of Richmond, and her experience in the classroom taught her that an instructor should not only have a solid knowledge of the subject matter but also be motivating and enthusiastic. Her passion for the Boot Camp workout began in 2006, when she participated in a class, looking for something new and challenging. Rachel believes that the Boot Camp workout is successful because it will push you to the next fitness level in an environment surrounded in camaraderie and positive reinforcement…it’s hard work, but fun.

Rachel is a certified personal trainer through NASM. She strives to bring humor to the workout, as well as, be energetic and supportive. As a mother of three, Rachel realizes that being a parent can leave little time for working out, so she works to help clients find ways to incorporate exercising into their everyday life.

Jeremy Szechenyi Jeremy Szechenyi has always been enthusiastic about health and fitness. A certified personal trainer through NSCF, he has helped many individuals reach their health and fitness goals through his carefully planned exercise routines and nutritional guidelines. He strives to make each training session a little harder, all while keeping it fun and exciting. As a former runner, he understands the importance of cardiovascular training, as well as how to keep the body healthy under increased the physical stress from exercise. Combined with his formal personal trainer certification and comprehension of nutrition, he has a well-rounded knowledge base to utilize when working with clients.

Jeremy hopes to make an impact in peoples lives through personal training. Maintaining a healthy body and mind is critical to being able to enjoy life to its fullest. Carrying out that concept is difficult for some on their own, and working with a personal trainer one on one, in small groups, or in a class can help people get on track.
