what is oxygen and iron small group training?
small group training makes fitness affordable and fun, while providing all the accountability, encouragement, education, and social support you need to reach your goals. each training session is led by an expert trainer, so you get one on one instruction and supervision during every workout. at oxygen and iron, workouts are constantly varied and unique, ensuring that you always make progress. we utilize a variety of equipment, such as dumbbells, medicine balls, free weights, kettle bells, weighted bars, resistance bands, tubing, agility equipment, bosu balls, and stability balls along with different resistance training and cardio interval training techniques. you can join one of our established group sessions—or start your own! a typical group size is 3-4 people. have a group of 3-4 friends and want to get started? call us at 423-1375 or email us at contact@oxygenandiron.com and we will get you set up with an expert trainer at a time and day that is convenient for your group. want to do small group training but don’t have a group? try oxygen and iron’s express small group training: we offer several different group membership levels tailored to meet different goals and needs. we have 1 month, 3 month, 6 month options. each small group class is 30 minutes…we really crank it during that time! ** under the 3 month and 6 month plans, you are committed to the program for that length of time for questions about oxygen and iron small group training or to register, email contact@oxygenandiron.com, or call 423-1375. |
