at oxygen and iron, we believe that balance and moderation are keys to achieving optimal health.  with our commit 2 health program, you will learn how to eat well without depriving yourself, balance smart food choices with physical activity and most importantly integrate positive health behaviors into your daily life.

oxygen and iron will even give you weekly meal plans and grocery lists!!

oxygen and iron’s commit 2 health program works with a registered dietitian, providing our clients with a comprehensive dietary analysis report, meal planning services, establish goals, track body composition, perform fitness assessments, and more.

meal plans can be designed to meet specific dietary health and lifestyle needs ranging from weight loss, disease prevention, vegetarian, performance, low carb, and many others.

and since we strongly encourage fitness to be incorporated into any nutrition program in order to achieve maximum health results, oxygen and iron will be offering personal training at a reduced cost to all participants of our commit 2 health program.

8 week consultation program:
  • includes initial consultation: weight, body water, body fat and composition, resting metabolic rate rmr, etc.
  • dietary analysis
  • provide clients with 8 weeks of specific meal plans and grocery lists
  • track body fat and weight trends against goals
  • provide personal training services at a reduced cost
  • includes 4 follow ups (every 2 weeks)

12 week consultation program:
  • includes initial consultation: weight, body water, body fat and composition, resting metabolic rate rmr, etc.
  • dietary analysis
  • provide clients with 12 weeks of specific meal plans and grocery lists
  • track body fat and weight trends against goals
  • provide personal training services at a reduced cost
  • 5 Follow-up Sessions (once every other week)

diet plan and 7-day menu plan:

this is a 45 minute session in which our nutrition coaches will develop an individual diet plan based on your physical evaluation, nutritional needs and fitness goals. you will receive a 7-day menu plan of balanced recipes, based on your nutritional requirements, formulated to your individual diet plan.

dietary analysis consultation:

this one hour private consultation is designed to evaluate your nutrient intake, current eating habits, and physical health. you will learn your recommended dietary improvements and important nutrition principals to better your health.

follow-up session:

this session is designed to evaluate your progress towards your physical and nutritional goals. your results will be re-evaluated and necessary adjustments will be made to your diet plan based on your improvements.
