Oxygen and Iron’s MMA (Mixed Martial Arts)Boot Camp is by far a completely different workout than anything that we’ve ever done before! With hands on instructions from our newest trainer Kris Peters, MMA specialist, you will learn the proper mechanics on how to safely and effectively throw a punch, throw the grappling dummy, sharpen your hand eye coordination and have one of the most intense, toughest workouts of your life.
You will use Grappling Dummies, Thai Bags, wrestling mats, focus mitts and more to help you feel stronger, increase your stamina and gain a new confidence in yourself.
If you are looking to come in after a long day of work and let it all out or if you’re looking for a new way to be pushed to the limit… than MMA Boot Camp is for you!
There is a required one week intro. class for beginners, where you will be taught how to use the equipment and safely perform the drills.
Each participant is also required to have their own wraps and gloves. Please contact us if you need additional information on the required equipment.
So, come and try the most intense workout in Richmond.
Class times are Tuesday/ Thursday nights @ 6:30.
