let’s ZUMBA ~ the latest dance fitness craze sweeping the nation! ZUMBA is a fusion of latin and international music with dance moves such as salsa, merenque, flamenco, samba, cumbia, reggaeton, bachata and belly dancing! it is based on the principle that a workout should be “FUN AND EASY TO DO”! ZUMBA is for everyone and is a “feel-happy” workout that is great for not only your body, but for your heart and mind! zumba combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow the zumba participants to dance away their worries while achieving long-term health benefits. zumba utilizes the principles of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning. it is a mixture of body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps.
also coming to oxygen and iron group exercise…yoga, kickboxing, kettle bell and core classes.
Zumba Fall Schedule:
Monday - 10:00-11:00 a.m.
Tuesday - 7:00-8:00 p.m.
Thursday - 9:00-10:00 a.m.
Session I:
September 14th- October 9th
Session II:
October 19th - November 13th
Session III:
November 19th - December 18th
** schedule allows for the Thanksgiving Holiday
