prior to beginning any of our programs, we start with an individual, personal assessment in order for our team to understand what exactly you came to us in search of. our goal is to help every individual become their best self. by understanding your concerns and your goals, we will be able to recommend which one of our programs and memberships are right for you.  this process of change and creating an active life is ongoing. throughout your journey, your goals will inevitably change as you create sustainable habits that quickly become part of your lifestyle. we are excited to get started with you!

our FIRST STEP WORKSHOP IS YOUR INTRODUCTION TO OUR PROGRAMS. PRIOR TO BEGINNING ANY MEMBERSHIP, ALL NEW CLIENTS TO OUR STUDIO WILL BEGIN BY ATTENDING A ONE-TIME, 60 MINUTE, FIRST STEP WORKSHOP CLASS WHERE WE WILL FOCUS ON THE IMPORTANCE OF FORM AND THE FUNCTIONAL TRAINING FOUNDATION. EACH CLASS WILL BEGIN WITH AN ASSESSMENT AND GOAL SETTING. IT WILL ALSO INCLUDE THE PROPER WARM UP AND COOL DOWN, AND INVOLVE THE CORE GROUP OF EXERCISES. MOST IMPORTANTLY, WE WILL FOCUS ON BREAKING DOWN THE FEARS OF A GROUP TRAINING ENVIRONMENT AND PREPARE YOU FOR OXYGEN AND IRON'S FUN AND INTENSIVE METABOLIC GROUP TRAINING CLASSES. REMEMBER THAT THESE CLASSES ARE DESIGNED FOR ALL LEVELS!
