Express Boot Camps are 30 minute dynamic workouts designed to blast fat,boost your metabolism, build strength, core, and flexibility and are set in a fun, supportive group class. Each class is designed and run by a certified personal trainer. What is a typical class like? Class activities change every week, but since the classes are every day, expect alternate days of moderate running/cardio, resistance training, core training, agility and plyometric drills as well as stretching each week. We design alternate days of training to allow for muscles to rest and adapt to various workloads. Will I be able to participate if I am not in peak shape? Yes! Our Express Boot Camps are geared towards ALL fitness levels. Your safety is our priority, so we will NEVER ask you to perform more than you are capable of doing. You WILL be asked to push yourself to 100% effort. Each class will build upon the previous class, so your body will adjust to the increased workload. ALL CLASSES WILL BE HELD AT OXYGEN AND IRON STUDIO. Participants will also have the opportunity to workout EVERY DAY Monday through Friday. There will be early morning, mid-morning, and evening times available. Our complete schedule is posted below. Trainer designed cardio workouts will be provided for participants to do individually in addition to the boot camp class, so a full hour workout is possible.
