The “SKINNY” on the Challenge:
Upon registering, you must commit to a comprehensive fitness and nutrition program for 6 weeks!!
Begins in January, with a MANDATORY initial assessment, weigh-in, “before” pictures, and information session.
Workouts and nutrition planning begin in January and end with a final weigh-in and “after” pictures after completing the 6 week session.
One Grand Prize Winner will be chosen based on total body fat percentage lost and criteria determined by O2Fe.
But the greatest prize of all will be the body transformation results you will achieve and the beginning of your journey towards HEALTHIER YOU!!!

Initial body composition assessment, “before” and “after” pictures, follow up assessments, weight and fitness trackers.
6 weeks of our Express Boot Camp workouts at Oxygen and Iron Studio led by certified personal trainers. Class times for the group workouts daily M-F, 6-6:30 and 6:30-7:00 AM, 10-10:30, 10:30-11 AM, 6:-00-6:30 PM.
At home or out of town video workouts provided.
